1. 7-Day Checking Warranty
We offer a 7-Day Checking Warranty on all products purchased from our store. This warranty starts from the day you receive your delivery. You have 7 days to check the product for any manufacturing defects or functional issues.
Valid reasons for a claim:
Product arrived damaged or broken.
The product is not working (Dead on Arrival).
Incorrect product received.
2. Refund Policy
If your product is found to be defective within the 7-day period, we offer a Refund.
Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Processing Time: Once we receive the return and inspect the issue, your refund will be processed within [3-5] business days.
Payment Method: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account or the original method of payment.
3. Shipping Costs (50/50 Policy)
We believe in fair trade. If a return is necessary due to a defect, the shipping costs will be shared equally between the customer and Grosmart.shop.
How it works: You will arrange the return shipping. Upon receiving the item and confirming the defect, we will reimburse (pay back) 50% of the shipping cost along with your product refund amount.
4. What is NOT Covered?
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
Damages caused by misuse, dropping, or physical pressure.
Water damage or damage due to voltage fluctuation (burning).
Items where the warranty seal or sticker has been removed.
Change of mind (e.g., “I just don’t like the color anymore”).
